Món Sant Benet Monastery is located 68 kilometers north of Barcelona and is best visited on a day trip from the city. The journey takes about an hour by car.
Heading out of the center of Barcelona, take the C-58 highway to Terrassa, then the C-16 to exit 54 at St. Fruitós de Bages. From there, follow the N-141 in the direction of Navarcles and you’ll soon see signs for the monastery.
Monastery Món Sant Benet entry is available from Tuesday to Sunday, with the site being closed on Monday. You’ll need to book a time slot – these are usually available between 10:30 AM and 5 PM.
Weekdays are generally less crowded than weekends, but the remote location means that it never feels too busy.
