Bioparco Zoo

The Bioparco di Roma Zoological Garden is over 100 years old and has grown and evolved from a traditional zoo to a modern bio-park with conservation, education and research focuses.

On a walk through the gardens, you will move through exhibition spaces, learning centers, and children’s edutainment areas.

Animals from around the world are housed in natural surroundings and conservation projects for endangered species take place within the zoo and in cooperation with other conservation partners.

Situated in the center of Rome, the Bioparco Zoo is well positioned for a visit and easily accessible by tram, bus or metro.

Zoomarine

Located at Torvaianica on the coast just outside of Rome, Zoomarine is a marine park and water park aimed at providing family friendly entertainment to locals and visitors to the area.

Part of the four square kilometer area is dedicated to zoological spaces for dolphins, seals and sea lions, and tropical and aquatic birds.

On a visit to the park, guests can learn more about the rehabilitation, care and conservation of dolphins and other marine species.

The water and amusement park areas at Zoomarine offer attractions for people of all ages and include roller coasters, animatronix, interactive gaming spaces and water slides and swimming pools.
