There are different ways to experience River Wonders. You can visit the park exclusively, or combine River Wonders tickets with other zoological parks.
Standard River Wonders ticket
Basic admission to the River Wonders, the first and only river-themed wildlife park in Asia. Admission includes a complimentary Reservoir Cruise.

Who is eligible for discounts?
River Wonders tickets are discounted for a handful of people. Children between the ages of 3-12 receive a cheaper rate compared to adults, per the norm. Seniors (60 and older) with proof of age can also get into River Wonders for an outstanding price.
By purchasing a multi-park package (2-Park, 4-Park, or ParkHooper Plus), you can save between 25% to 50% compared to paying admission for each park separately.
Lastly, booking your tickets online is cheaper than booking your tickets onsite.

River Wonders is the latest addition to Singapore Zoo, which already contains Night Safari and Jurong Bird Park. The new attraction is popular, as close to one million people visit the park each year. Inspired by the world's most iconic rivers, River Wonders caters to animals that live in freshwater or by its shores.
River Wonders contains acres of wildlife in their natural habitat. The addition to the Singapore Zoo keeps with its tradition of providing open and natural habitats familiar to the species that inhabit them. Boat tours are the best way to get around River Wonders and see various animals.
The river-themed park consists of ten different ecosystems, including the River Nile, the Mississippi River, and the Amazon River. All in all, there are over 7,000 animals in the park and 300 different species. A fair number of the species are considered endangered, including the highlight of River Wonders — giant pandas.
Are River Wonders tickets included in any attractions city passes?
Entry to River Wonders is included with the Singapore City Pass. The Singapore City Pass is sold in three different options: 2-Day, 3-Day, and 5-Day passes. Depending on your selection, you get unlimited access to nearly 20 Singapore tourist attractions over the course of the two, three, or five days. Singapore Zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari, and S.E.A. Aquarium are the highlights of the city pass.

What is the best time to visit the River Wonders? How to avoid the crowd?
River Wonders is a popular exhibit at the Singapore Zoo, although it doesn’t always get quite as crowded as the parks at the Singapore Zoo. Regardless, since the acreage of River Wonders is smaller (and you have to wait in line for boat rides etc) we recommend arriving when the gates first open at 10 am.
The peak visiting hours of River Wonders are traditionally from 1 PM to 2 PM, and another rush between 4 PM and 5 PM. Weekends also attract more visitors like any other tourist attraction. You can avoid most of the crowds by visiting early morning or late afternoon.
What are the opening hours for River Wonders?
River Wonders is open every day of the year. The operating hours of River Wonders are 10 AM to 7 PM. Also, the final entry of the day is permitted at 6:30 PM, though the exhibit doesn’t close until 7 PM.

- Book online. River Wonders tickets are cheaper if booked online. There are many websites selling cheap tickets. Compare prices with our search engine and save up to 30%.
- Rent or borrow a mobility vehicle. We recommend renting a stroller or wagon for little ones since you’ll be on your feet so much. Electric scooter rentals and wheelchairs are also provided for visitors with disabilities.
- Prepare for the weather. River Wonders and the rest of the Singapore Zoo is primarily outdoors. You’ll want to wear comfortable clothing and shoes for walking, as well as bring rain gear since you are visiting a rainforest area. Also prepare yourself with sunscreen and insect repellent.
- Rain gear is available for purchase if you experience severe rainstorms while inside the park. Many of the exhibits are under shelters, which helps provide a place of temporary refuge.
- Use small locker if needed. It costs S$5 for the first 3 hours, and S$1 for every additional hour.
