Only one modification per order is allowed, and it can be made up until 11:45 PM on the day before your visit. Modifications cannot be made from the mobile version of the website.
You must enter the email address you used to purchase your tickets. At that point, the system will send you an email with a link that allows you to manage your tickets. The link will be valid for one hour.
Within the link, you must select the tickets you want to modify and then choose the option that best suits your needs: “View tickets,” “Change visit date,” or “Change visit time.”
Once the changes have been made, you must click “Confirm” to finalize them.
You will be able to download the new tickets immediately using the “View tickets” button, and you will also receive a new email with the updated tickets.
