The neighborhood of Albaycin is the Moorish district of Granada. Composed of narrow streets, it is located just on the foot of the famous Alhambra. This Moorish neighborhood dates back to the Nasrid Dynasty on Granada and is one of the most important sites of the Muslim heritage in Granada. It was declared as a world heritage site in 1984.


Sacromonte is a traditional neighborhood in the east of Granada city. It is one of the six blocks that composed the old district of Albaycin. Sacromonte is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods of Granada with all the gypsy caves and the uniques lanscape. The caves of the Sacromonte are dating back to the 15th century. Sacromonte is also known for it's numerous Flamenco show held on the caves of the neighborhood.
