Description
Starter, choice of:
- Duck Foie Gras, return from the harvest red fruit chutney, tonka bean tuile
- Smoked salmon, lime powder, tomato tartar, artichokes, sour beetroot
- Green gazpacho, cucumber, zucchini, spinach, vegetable melimelo
Main course, choice of:
- Yellow poultry supreme, zucchini gratin, coloured carrots, lemon basil sauce
- Fillet of sea bream, creamy spelt with peas, shellfish sauce with tarragon, vegetables from our orchards
- Piece of Beef, zucchini gratin, small spleens, Southern condiment (+ 7€)
- Artichoke tartar, split pea velouté, eggplant chips
Desserts, choice of:
- Fresh lemon finger, crispy with feuillantine
- Raspberry chou, lychee, rose, chocolate puck, wild berry coulis
- All Chocolate Rock, hazelnut chips

Meeting point & Instructions
Paris Seine La Marina - Quai Anatole France
Present your smartphone ticket when boarding.
The meeting point is PARIS SEINE LA MARINA - Port de Solférino - 1 rue de la Légion d’Honneur 75007 Paris (at the bottom of the stairs leading to the Seine River)
You must arrive to the meeting point, on the Seine border, at least 20 minutes before departure. Late comers won’t be waited for !
Keep in mind you need to arrive 20 minutes before start.
