Age & Safety Requirements: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant travelers can participate if under 24 weeks by the tour’s end.
Tickets, Pricing & Refund Policies: City passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction ticket prices are subject to change and are non-refundable. All prices listed are in USD and include tax; if paying in CAD, a 5% GST will be added.
Booster Seat Policy for Children: Children under 6 years old must have a booster seat to participate. Guests are responsible for providing the booster seat and any fines for violations. Bus Travel Exception: Booster seats are not required when traveling by bus on the tour day.
Leaving the Group Early: If you plan to leave the group before the tour ends, please inform the guide and sign a departure form. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the tour.
