- The entrance is located on the Main Concourse of Grand Central Terminal, below street level
- Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your selected timeslot
- Present your SUMMIT One Vanderbilt smartphone ticket at the entrance
- All SUMMIT tickets are timed. SUMMIT operates at full capacity. You might not be able to get in if arriving more than 20 minutes after the time indicated on your ticket (you may be asked to wait until the first possible open timeslot). Any late arrival will be accommodated based on availability and a rescheduling fee
