You will receive the tickets and audioguide instructions in your email.
You must present your original ID at the monument entrance.
The visiting time for the Nasrid Palaces will be as indicated on your tickets and will be between your chosen arrival time and the following 3 hours. The rest of the complex (Alcazaba, Partal, and Generalife) can be visited from 08:30 hours.
Children aged 0 to 2 years: their tickets will be provided directly at the monument ticket office.
