One of the best ways to relax after an active day is an evening of laughter. South Carolina’s Myrtle Beach boasts endless water sports, thrilling parks, plenty of shopping and vast stretches of sandy beaches.

After a full day discovering all this seaside town has to offer, wind down with some serious laughs at a Myrtle Beach comedy show.

Here's all you need to know about comedy shows, one of the most fun nightlife activities in Myrtle Beach!

Which comedy shows are playing?

Comedy Cabana

Witness up-and-coming talent at a venue that hosted big names like Lewis Black, JJ Walker and more. Comedy Cabana has been bringing in the laughs for almost 30 years and features different comics nightly. Performers have made appearances on shows like “Last Comic Standing,” “The Tonight Show” and HBO programming.

The venue’s on-site restaurant serves a variety of snacks, entrees and sweets as well as specialty drinks. No show is the same, and occasional all-ages shows make for ideal family outings.

Wacky Chad! Stunt Comedy Show

Part comedian, part superhero, an hour with Wacky Chad! Is sure to amuse the whole family.

Wacky Chad! defies gravity on pogo sticks and unicycles of all sizes. The off-beat performer has been featured on “America’s Got Talent,” ESPN 2, the Gong Show and even during a Super Bowl.

People of all ages will marvel at his extreme pogo stick that can jump as high as 3 meters. Watch him balance, flip and even dunk a basketball from his pogo stick and other props. Check out his “giraffe unicycle,” a one-of-a-kind contraption that he uses to perform daring feats.

Wacky Chad! tries to involve every audience member in his antics and gives you a chance to meet him after the show. Come see for yourself the talent that’s taken Wacky Chad! to perform around the world.

Steve Falcon’s Comedy Hypnosis Hour

Former Vegas hypnotist Steve Falcon has new digs on the east coast. Falcon’s Myrtle Beach performances have kept the razzle-dazzle of his Vegas shows with high-end effects, sound and lighting systems.

Witness the tricks that have earned him appearances on TV shows like Discover +’s “90 Day Fiance: Happily Ever After” and History Channel’s “Pawn Stars.” You’ll be left scratching your head after seeing audience participants fall into hypnotic trances and become Falcon’s puppets.

If you’re lucky enough to be pulled onto the stage during these adults-only performances, you may be unconsciously coerced to mime playing an instrument, to forget your name or to lose control of a body part temporarily.
