Bamboo Island is part of the Phi Phi Islands and is located roughly 5 kilometers off the northern tip of Phi Phi Don.
The only way to get to Bamboo Island is by boat. As there aren’t any direct boats from Krabi to Bamboo island, you’ll need to take a ferry to Phi Phi Don and then take a long-tail boat to Bamboo Island. The entire journey shouldn’t take much more than an hour.
