If you prefer public transport, the easiest way to get there is by Dubai Metro Rail's Green Line — you'll need to get off at Dubai Healthcare City Station and then walk 10 minutes to the entrance of the Dubai Dolphinarium. Alternatively, the 26 and 10 buses will get you within walking distance.
