What will you see inside?
Bangkok's Safari World is a sprawling wildlife park divided into two major zones: Safari Park and Marine Park. This Safari Park is an open zoo that mimics the natural habitats of many animals, such as lions, tigers, zebras, giraffes, and deer, which roam freely.
The Marine Park is more of a traditional, nautical themed zoo, where you'll find various marine life like dolphins, sea lions and sharks. This zone also features an aquarium and a river ride, where you can see crocodiles and hippos enjoying their day in the sun.
Aside from exploring the theme park zones on your own, you can also check many animal shows that are scheduled at different times throughout the day. Visits to the Bangkok Safari World usually last 4 to 6 hours.
How to get there?
Bangkok's Safari World is about 35 kilometers northeast of the city center, with the drive taking about an hour, depending on traffic. Aside from regular buses that can take you to Ban Uea Athon Hathairat station (about 15 minutes away from the park on foot), you can also take shuttle buses from Siam Square and Sathorn directly to Safari World.
