The meeting time will be 15 minutes before the tour start time for the e-bike briefing.
Please note that this is the group tour, if you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
If it is determined that the tour cannot be held due to rain or other reasons, we will notify you by e-mail on the day before the tour. We will ask you some of the options such as 1)Change to the other indoor activity. 2)Change the date 3)Full Refund.
Participants under 147cm (4.82ft) in height are not allowed to participate.
Ages 12 and younger are not permitted.
If you arrive at the meeting place before the meeting time, the store might be closed, but the guide will arrive there 15min before of the meeting time, so please wait a moment.
