Day 1: Alcatraz
For Alcatraz:
Redeem your voucher at the Groups Window, Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing. Show your smartphone voucher and a government-issued photo ID to get your tickets before boarding. Arrive 45 minutes before departure. Ferries return every half hour.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your departure time
Day 2: Bike Tour
Redeem your voucher at Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours, 2661 Taylor Street. Arrive 30 minutes before the 10:00 am start.
Note: Bike tours occur one day after the selected Alcatraz departure. The date and time booked are for the Alcatraz tour and cannot be changed. Your bike tour will be automatically scheduled for the following day unless you reschedule by contacting the tour operator.
