- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the concert start at the Schönbrunn Orangery (Side note: on certain days the Concert might take place in the Great Gallery or in the White-and-Gold Room in the Schönbrunn Palace main building)
- One of the employees will welcome you at the entrance of the Schönbrunn Orangery. It’s right across from the metro station “Schönbrunn” of line U4
- Your ticket is your entrance ticket for the Concert. Please show it to the employee who will greet you at the entrance
