Day 1: Alcatraz
For the bike tour, redeem the voucher at 2661 Taylor Street
Redeem your voucher at the Groups Window, Pier 33 Alcatraz Landing. Present your smartphone voucher and a government-issued photo ID to get your tickets before boarding. Arrive 45 minutes before departure.
Note: All bike tours take place 1 day after the selected Alcatraz departure. The date and time selected during booking are for the Alcatraz tour. For example, if the chosen Alcatraz date is July 1st, the bike tour date will be July 2nd. If rescheduling the bike portion of the tour is needed, please contact the tour operator directly.
Day 2: Bike Tour
Redeem your voucher at Bay City Bike Rentals & Tours, 2661 Taylor Street, Fisherman's Wharf. Arrive 30 minutes before the 10:00 am start.
Note: Bike tours occur one day after the selected Alcatraz departure. The date and time booked are for the Alcatraz tour and cannot be changed. Your bike tour will be automatically scheduled for the following day unless you reschedule by contacting the tour operator.
