Due to the reservation system at Kawachi Wisteria Garden, bookings are accepted on a request basis only. This means we cannot confirm your reservation instantly, and the tour departure will not be guaranteed until your reservation at the garden is secured. Your travel contract will only be finalized once the reservation at Kawachi Wisteria Garden is confirmed. We will notify you via email when your reservation is officially confirmed. If we cannot secure a reservation for the garden, we may ask you to reschedule your departure date. Also due to the entrance reservation system at Kawachi Wisteria Garden, the itinerary may be adjusted. Additionally, lunch may be served later, around 2:00 PM.
On the day of the trip, please confirm the departure time and arrive at the meeting point in advance.
If you are traveling with 2 or more people, please note that due to group arrangements, we may not be able to guarantee seats next to each other. In that case, the seating arrangement will be left to our discretion.

Infants (aged 0-2) can join free of charge but no arrangements will be made for them.
During the Golden Week or other busy periods such as weekends, there may be heavy traffic on highways. As a result, the arrival time may be significantly delayed. Additionally, there may be adjustments to the itinerary, including shortened time at sightseeing spots or skipping some parts.
Due to traffic delays, the bus may arrive to the second pick-up place later than the scheduled departure time. Please wait for the bus, as it will definitely arrive.
The peak bloom of flowers may vary due to weather conditions. For reference: Usual peak bloom period for Kawachi Wisteria Garden: Late April to Early May; for Shiranoue Botanical Gardens: Late April to Early May.
Regarding photography at Kawachi Wisteria Garden: General snapshot photography is allowed, but using tripods or monopods along the main or circular paths is prohibited.
Professional photography is not allowed.
