Delays, shortenings of the tour or omissions made to the itinerary due to traffic, weather or other circumstances that are beyond the control of the tour operator are not subject to a refund.
Delays due to transportation issues or non-participation will be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the time indicated.
This tour is operated for both Japanese and foreign customers. A Japanese tour conductor will accompany the group and provide key information using a translation app. Please note that the tour conductor is not a tour guide and will focus on sharing essential information during the tour.
According to traffic conditions etc, the order of the itinerary may have to be changed.
At Hitachi Seaside Park, it takes about 5-10 minutes from the parking lot to the entrance, and about 10-15 minutes from the entrance to the Miharashi no Oka Hill.
The peak bloom period may vary depending on weather conditions. The departure dates are set based on typical bloom times, but please be aware that the flowers may not be at their peak on the day of departure. If you choose to cancel your tour due to the blooming status, the standard cancellation fee will still apply.
