Albertina Museum

The Albertina Museum is the most valuable museum in Vienna, with its large collection of artworks. Besides more than 65.000 paintings, the Albertina museum holds also stone-printings, gravures, wood-printings and modern graphics works.

Kunsthistorisches Museum

The Vienna History of Art Museum, Kunsthistorisches Museum in German, located in the center of Vienna, has an essential place in the world when it comes to the decorative arts and fine arts. The museum was opened by Austria-Hungary Emperor Franz Joseph I in 1891. The most important artworks exhibited in this museum are The Crowning with Thorns and the David with the Head of Goliath.
